Editorial Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This page explains how CricketLive24 writes, checks and corrects its articles.

Sources

We use official sources first: the ICC, national cricket boards, tournament organisers and official scorecards. Facts from other reports are checked before we use them. We never invent quotes, results or statistics.

Previews and reports

Previews are published before a match and are clearly marked as previews: they give the schedule, venue, team form and players to watch, never a result. Match reports are written only after a match has finished and its result is official.

Original writing

Our articles are written for CricketLive24. We do not copy articles from other websites. Short quotes are attributed to their source.

Images

We use images we are allowed to use: our own graphics, licensed images or images with a free licence that allows reuse. We do not use broadcast screenshots, and we do not show real players in made-up pictures.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it as soon as we know and update the date on the article. Report a mistake to contact@cricketlive24.com with the page link.

Independence and advertising

Advertisers do not decide what we write. Ads are always labelled "Advertisement" and kept apart from articles. We do not publish betting tips.
